You will be assigned your own personal Williams+Callan bookkeeper who will learn the unique ins and outs of your business.
Each month your financial statements are reviewed by your Williams+Callan CPA and we meet with you to discuss your business financials and answer questions. This is your opportunity to ask whatever you need to know to run your business and plan for the future. Our document management system allows you store and search through all of your documents securely and online. At the end of the year, we can provide you with a DVD of all your financial and business records, eliminating the need to store paper records. Our bookkeeping and payroll services make it easy and fast to outsource your accounting to us - all for about half the cost of hiring an in-house bookkeeper. |

With the click of a button, your scanned documents are automatically put in the correct folder on our secure online accounting system. Your assigned bookkeeper then has immediate access to process your documents and input them into QuickBooks.
